This is my first year doing gardening by myself after my GG has passed away. This has been an amazing experience. I just wish I had her by my side to enjoy it. I’m always growing tomatoes in this heat, but I’m always looking for flowers.
One herb I love is chives for fall. Beets is one favorite vegetable
I over all the unique varieties! I want to give them a try!
Oh boy, you are asking a challenging question. I’ve not grown any of the fall crops yet from Mary’s Heirloom seeds, but I want to try the Purple of Sicily Cauliflower. :) All of my spring crops seeds from Mary germinated beautifully. The ones that have challenged me have been from the heat and UV index, but I’m learning how to overcome. But when I germinate the seeds in a controlled temp and light environment, they are superstars.
