The Pueblo Chile is a Mirasol variety. It has been produced in Pueblo County, Colorado since at least the early 1900s and possibly as early as the 1850s at the Huerfano settlement.

The Pueblo ‘Mosco’ has a different flavor from the Hatch chile.

These pepper plants grow up to around 2-1/2 feet tall, growing much faster in high elevation and short/dry climates. You'll see these pods grow up to 5-8" long with thick walls and smooth skin, ripening from a green to a bright red color at maturity.

Start seeds indoors 8-12 weeks before last frost date.  Bury seeds 1/16 deep - keep room constant 70 degrees.  Germination might be erratic as seeds can take up to 4 weeks to germinate.
Don't over water seeds or they will turn to mush
