Great peppers, easy to dry

First, let me say that Mary’s Heirloom seeds is a pleasure to deal with. They have a great selection of interesting and hard to find seeds. I grew these Aleppo peppers last year, and both the germination rate and yield were fantastic. I had more than I could use fresh, so I oven dried the remainder after de seeding them. I chopped those up and have been using them in place of run of the mill red pepper flakes. These are more complex in flavor, and still have a nice heat.
Customer service is also first rate here. I was able to add an item to my order the day after ordering without problems or additional shipping costs.
