I love borage, sadly it gets starting on blooming & the deer eat it! I grow on my patio in a pot now.
I have been growing garlic for a couple of years. I really liked the youtube video you did and the tip to feed the garlic in the spring with worm tea.
All of my herbs from you are growing great this year! I just dehydrated some basil and cilantro. Along with making basil simple syrup for drinks. Yummy!
