This scallop squash, also called patty pan, produces tender fruits that are best when harvested at 4"-6" in diameter. Smooth skin with scalloped edges.

An extremely old Native American heirloom squash, grown by the northern Indians for hundreds of years. This type was depicted by Europeans back to 1591!

This versatile squash is great steamed, grilled, fried and baked.

Amazing!

Germination rate is 100%. Unlike other squash that we have planted this far these guys sprouted within a week and already have their true leaves. Highly recommend for an easy squash to grow.
