Not only are these Red of Florence onions fun to grow from seed they are so crispy and delicious! Great on salads, and baked on a pizza with cheese they give wonderful onion taste. We chop up the onion and green for anything we want great onion flavor in. In the garden they take up very little room and grow straight up, standing tall with little withering and after picking stay fresh for many days at room temp or in frig.
