This particular variety of garlic is from the Cichisdzhvari region of the Republic of Georgia.
Georgian Fire Garlic is prized for large cloves, pale wrappers, edible scapes, and distinctly fiery raw flavor.
Georgian Fire is for growers who want a garlic with real spark. The sturdy plants finish with creamy bulbs holding 5–9 substantial cloves, often touched with rose or purple inside. A favorite for roasting and savory dishes.
