75 days. Uniquely slender, sweet, 10 to 12 inch fruits change from light green to yellow and finally to bright red. A perfect choice for fresh eating, pickling or frying, this rare heirloom is from Turkey and has a very rich, sweet flavor. Harvest edible green fruits in as little as 55 days or allow to fully mature at 75 days.

WARNING: Plant should be staked as very heavy yields will cause the plants to fall over.

Raw or roasted delicous sweet

Have been growing This pepper fir a few years now. Grilled sautéed or raw this is a delicous pepper. Easy to grow and keeps well.

Sweet Smokey Corbaci

This pepper is really great grilled or fried and put on burgers, in soups, and in with eggs. The peppers grow 2-4 feet tall depending on the size of the grow container used. I used 5-10 gallon pots and they grew large 10 in long peppers. This Turkish pepper grows into a curly shape at times. They turn from green to yellow to orange to final ripe as red. For me they tasted best from yellow to orange and had a nice crisp and smokey flavor with the sweetness of a bell pepper. This is one ill definitely grow again.
