NEW ARRIVAL for 2026

While this variety originated from China, our seeds were grown and harvested within the US

80 days. Apium graveolens

A unique Chinese cutting celery, it produces slender stems with a bright celery flavor that delivers loads of spark to stir fries, soups, and minced into salads. Its striking, pink-and-cream-streaked stalks are topped with light green leaves for a beautiful contrast in any dish.

Crops develop much quicker than standard celery, so you’ll be enjoying the harvests up to a month earlier than the green varieties. Grow as you would parsley.

The botanical name for Pink celery is Apium graveolens and it’s from the Apiaceae family, which also includes carrots, coriander, cumin, dill, and fennel. It’s native to China, where it holds both culinary, ornamental, and medicinal value. This variety is also referred to as Rose celery or Nan Ling Pink.

Contains 100 heirloom seeds
