This is one of the most common varieties of seed garlic on the market.
California Late White is a heat tolerant softneck variety that grows approximately 2 inches in diameter or larger.
GREAT variety for beginners! The flavor is a bit stronger than California Early white and it's a great variety for storage. Bulbs can last for as long as 8 months if cured properly.
