Apple Green Eggplant
65-80 days. Solanum melongena
This early maturing plant produces good yields of 5 to 6" diameter pale green oval shaped eggplants. It has an extremely mild flavor, is very tasty, and has cream colored flesh.
With tender skin, there's no need to peel these delicious eggplants. Does well in cool and wet conditions, especially in the Pacific Northwest and Northeast.
