Anasazi Sweet Corn is an ancient grain. This Great ancient lineage flour corn is outstanding in so many ways. Anasazi sweet corn is one of the oldest varieties still in existence.
A drought resistant variety, the stalks grow around 6 feet tall, and produce cobs with multi colored kernels. When the silks start to turn brown harvest while kernels are mostly yellow and white for eating fresh, or leave on the stalk for it develop deeps colors of reds, blues, it can then be harvested for drying and grinding.
Useful for both eating fresh and drying to be ground into cornmeal.
