I love homesteading. I grew up on a hobby farm. At the time I really didn’t understand just how valuable the experience was. Sure I knew my mom was a good cook and we always had wonderful food, but it wasn’t until I moved out on my own that I came to realize that what I was getting in the store wasn’t the same as home grown. Everything tastes better when I grow it. I love how a little seed knows how to grow into a large plant. I love preserving my extra harvests. I love that my property provides for our family. I love being able to make things from what is grown here. This year for the holidays family is getting preserves, centerpieces, baskets, ornaments and cutting boards all from things found here. Priceless.

I really would like to winn. I grow a large garden, and setting up high tunnel area for fruit, and just got a large greenhouse. I give a lot of my food away to friends, neighbors, former co-workers, Senior Centers, Food Bank, etc. So, I grow a lot of extra, and free seeds would come in handy. Thank You for doing this.

Evoking memories of grandma and pretty flowers delicious tomatoes, pole beans, peas and such.

Farming will be an experience for us as we have purchased a small farm before covid.

Very excited for a garden and citrus..tropicals and loads heirlooms varieties. Wild flowers for pollination.

Just got some land and want to grow. Had some tomatoes grow in a bucket this summer (full-time rver so it needed to be portable), didnt produce as much fruit as Id have liked. I just hope it will be different this year.
