The Guatemalan Blue 'Banana' Squash has been grown by South Americans over 1000 years before Columbus.

This very old heirloom variety produces 10 lb, blue, banana-shaped fruit that has tasty, firm flesh.

Hard shelled, smooth, slate-gray fruit average 14-16) long and have a sweet, nutty flavour.  Guatemalan Blue is a good keeper but can be an aggressive grower so give it room to grow!
