Fun cute little carrot

The kids loved these! Grew well and easily. Survived our So Cal heat waves in early spring very well. The inner core is tender and the whole thing is sweet. They don’t get big so don’t expect a ton of flesh. These are more to just pop as a yummy snack!

I really enjoyed this type of carrot. Tried a few varieties this 2019 season and this one did really well in a new bed that for part of the season received sporadic watering and not the greatest soil. Just pulled the last on them this week, Nov 16th. Zone 7B. They are a cute shape, the kids love them and I thought they were the sweetest carrots out of my garden. Yum!
