Hutterite Soup Beans seeds are ivory in color and the bush plants are productive.
This variety was grown and preserved by the Hutterite Christians, who emigrated to North America in the 1870s.
Productive, bush-type plants have a slight tendency to vine but are short enough that they do not require trellising. An excellent soup bean.
