A traditional French heirloom, (fin de bagnol means shoestring), they've been a favorite throughout Europe for decades. The dwarf plants are prolific and do well in cool soil. Quick to produce and easy to harvest.
This variety’s slender gourmet green beans are best eaten when picked every 2 or 3 days, while still very young and before any strings develop. Their uniform, straight pods make for easing packing in canning jars.
