I would say the sunflower.
I love basil and lavender.
I have catmint nepeta, lavender and russian sage for the bees. Looking to add more this year.
I have 5 hives and LOVe watching them go from flower to flower! Sunflowers are fun and cheery 🌻
My favorite bee-friendly plants are lavender, California Poppy and Desert Bluebells!

I love lavender! Lavender fields are breathtakingly gorgeous and smell amazing!!
There’s so many plants we can add over time (buckwheat is top of my list), but for now I’ve been simply observing bees in my half-wild yard, and my favorites to see are long-leaf plantain (so unassuming, just everywhere underfoot – but there’s always bees picking over the little flowerheads), and autumn olive (it smells absolutely lovely, and is covered in bees).
My favorite bee plant is dandelions. Plus I make jelly too!
I love clover and dandelions as well as my roses for the bees.
