Perfectly ripe, vibrant tomatoes deserve a special place on your table!
This garden to table meal is ready in 5 minutes and is a great way to showcase your best garden gems. Tomatoes picked at the peak of summer are the stars of this dish.
Heirloom Caprese Salad

1 pound heirloom Yellow Pear tomatoes
8 oz heirloom cherry tomatoes
8 oz small fresh Mozzarella balls, drained
Large handful of fresh Basil leaves
3 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Sea salt & pepper
After selecting the best tomatoes and freshest basil from your garden, wash and dry them.
Slice the tomatoes in half lengthwise and arrange them on 4 small plates.
Add 5 small Mozzarella balls to each plate.
Scatter each plate with basil leaves.
Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic.
Lastly, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
