I’m kind of in love with greens. Almost any kind, I mix them saute’ them, mix them into non green dishes. I freeze them, can them, dehydrate them and powder them.

My favorite is my always planted Rutgers tomato seeds. Sitting here drinking coffee an looking at snow out the window, and dreaming of planting an getting ready for the next season. The love of growing!!
