Hello :)
Checking in for biggest sunflower head. Using titan sunflowers purchased from you on 1/30/24. Planted mid febuary in southern california. Something is eating my baby sprout leaves but they are strong & persist.
I out down the wrong email due to a typo. Growing sunflowers for the first time in Florida. I sowed Mongolian Giant and titan sunflower over the weekend. I’ve never grown these varieties before. I wanted to grow Hopi dye sunflower, but I couldn’t find a seed source.
Mongolian Giant Sunflowers and titan sunflowers. I sowed them over the weekend. It’s my first time growing these varieties, and my first time growing sunflowers in FL.
I’ll be starting the Painted Serpent cucumber in June and the giant sunflowers here soon in pots! My planting out date in zone 6B is roughly Mothers Day weekend so I do have to wait a bit to get started.
I started my dinner plate tomatoes a few weeks ago. I also plan to grow the Painted Serpent cucumber and the Titan sunflower.
I planted Mongolian Giant and Titan Sunflowers this weekend, so no germination just yet. I’m super excited, as I have never grown sunflowers before. I am definitely enjoying learning about them and maybe I can manage to successfully grow some massive flowers!
I sowed my dinner plate tomatoes already and one sprouted so far.
I am going to plant Giant Belgian Pink tomato as well.
I will be sowing armenian cucumber and painted serpent this week as well.
As far as the sunflowers go, I am planting mongolian Giant and titan sunflowers
