Plant produces extremely heavy yields of 1" red cherry tomatoes. Tomatoes are very flavorful. Grows in cluster of 20 to 40 tomatoes.
Name translates to "Giant Bunch of Grapes". Excellent for making tomato wine. Grown by Pennsylvania Dutch as early as 1856. A heirloom from Germany.

This tomato is really impressive. It truly contains tremendous clusters of cherry tomatoes! They are not done yet but steadily growing. Will post additional pictures when tomatoes start to color so you can truly see the abundancy of tomatoes on each cluster. All I keep thinking of are these tiny plastic pint sized boxes in the grocery store where they sell cherry tomatoes for 3 or 4 dollars a pint, and those tomatoes are often looking old already! When these are ready, it will yield more than a pint per cluster! So exciting. Thank you Mary!
