Prolific!

These beans are so much fun to grow! They are vigorous vines and they produce a lot of beans, the beans are about 18 inches long and taste sweet and mild. They do not change color when cooked or steamed at all, if anything it deepens the red color. These beans would be so cool to use as a casserole instead of green bean casserole you’ll have red noodle bean casserole! I’m picking about two servings worth daily of 4 plants. Thank you Mary!
